Description
Arsenio Rodriguez (Cadiz, 1973) has been involved in recycling art projects for over 20 years.
He lives and works close to the sea in Cadiz, Spain.
To raise awareness of the global waste plastics problem and plastic pollution, he creates magical “underwater worlds” of the materials that are rapidly destroying the seas. The washed-up plastics are collected by the artist and incorporated into his artworks.
With his artworks, Arsenio creates an environment in which children and adults can experience the fascinating details of people who can create beauty on the one hand, but destroy it at the same time.
The fishes can be hung by means of a fishing wire.
